Ginet Moncho

Born in Matanzas – Cuba.

She began her studies at the Vocational School of Art and later at the National Ballet School of Cuba, standing out in several international ballet competitions, winning 3 gold and 1 silver medals and the Hermanos Saíz Association Award and best female performance. She graduates with a Gold Title and Most Comprehensive Student.

He has participated in various events, highlighting the Ibero-American ballet gala in Colombia and festivals and tours. In 2002 he entered the National Ballet of Cuba where he has danced the entire traditional romantic-classical repertoire, as well as more contemporary and neoclassical works.

He has played the leading roles in the great classics: Swan Lake,  Don Quixote, Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, The Magic Flute, among others. He has worked with renowned Cuban and foreign choreographers such as Alicia Alonso, Alberto Méndez, Ivan Tenorio, Julio Bocca, Gonzalo Galguera, El Pipa, Ricardo Amarante, Anabelle Lopez-Ochoa, James Kelly, among others. In 2016 she was invited by Altankhuyag Dugaraa to the Mongolian National Company. He has performed on the 5 continents with the BNC, standing out as an interpreter on various occasions and different international galas. In 2019 he received the medal for National Culture and in 2021 he participated in the Alicia Alonso Tribute Gala for different cities in Spain.
